If you find somewhere a better rate than the one you find when booking a room in our website, we will honor a lower rate that the one you have found.
So that we can honor the lowest rate, you must send an email to reservations@atlantidamarhotel.pt with an attached document with the booking or the booking simulation, where it must be clearly identified:
- the website where the booking or the booking simulation was made;
- the room type;
- the number of people in the room and their ages;
- dates of stay;
- the rate found.
Atlântida Mar Hotel will honor a lowest available rate for the same room type, number of people with the same age in the room and the same dates and length of stay, offering a 5% discount for every night for which the lower rate was found, or 5% discount on the total of the booking found, if it is not broken down by days.
